A Motorcycle dealer in Dartford has held an open day for bikers, to raise awareness on bike safety and bike insurance.
The event at E.C Bate in Dartford, coincided with National Motorcycling week and was attended by Kent Fire and Rescue and Kent police.
The open day proved to be successful, with around 200 people visiting the shop to find out how to improve their riding skills while staying safe and receive valuable tips on insurance policies. The bike store in West Hill also offered bikers free safety checks.
Barry Keen, the sales manager, said: "It was very popular, we were busy all day. There was a bit of a party atmosphere as well as safety checks for motorcycles."
Meanwhile, dangerous bikers in Kent are to be targeted by police. Riders who behave anti-socially will be punished as speed cameras will be set up around the region.
