Bike Insurance - Biker Wins a Years Free Bike Insurance

Marc Nelson, a factory machine operator was over the moon when he heard that his bike insurance was going to be free for the next year. He was one of just five bikers nationwide to win the free insurance from Bennetts, the country’s most popular motorbike insurance provider.

For Marc Nelson, his prize means that he will save a massive £795 on insurance this year. Bennetts was offering five free policies daily throughout April as part of its promotion, supported by motoGP star James Toseland.

Anyone calling up for a quote in April this year was entered into a prize to win their insurance free for the coming year. They would have also got the chance to talk to motoGP star James Toseland as he was manning the phones in Bennetts Coventry call centre.

Marc Nelson was delighted when he got through and spoke to one of his heroes. His excitement was further compounded when he found out that he had won his insurance paid for the year:

“With so many people calling the centre for a quote and wanting to speak with James Toseland, I was delighted to get through as the line was constantly busy. Hearing back from Bennetts to say I’d won a years free insurance for my bike was such a thrill, so I’m really happy to be saving such a huge amount of money over the coming year,” said Marc of his win.

Toseland said that he was honoured to be part of the promotion and enjoyed his time at the Coventry call centre. He took it upon himself to encourage as many callers as possible to take out new policies and get involved in the promotion.

In addition to fronting the promotion and drumming up excitement by answering the phones, James Toseland has agreed that anyone phoning up for a quote this month will be entered into a prize draw to win a replica of his famous motoGP bike, a Yamaha R1 in full Tech 3 colours.
