If you need to make a claim on your insurance policy you should contact us as soon as possible following the incident. It is important to be as descriptive and honest as possible when recounting the incident to us, any breach in the terms and conditions of your policy will result in it becoming void and you will no longer be covered.
By law you must stop your car if you hit a person, animal or other person’s vehicle or property. Following an accident you should get the name, address, vehicle registration number, telephone number and insurance company from the other driver involved in the incident. If anyone is injured or the other driver refuses to give you their details the police should be called.
