A leading home insurance company has advised homeowners to check their home policy before Guy Fawkes Night. They have warned that people should make sure they are covered for personal liability claims in case of any disaster.
Fair Investment Company joined the warnings claiming that insurance claims increase over Halloween due to damage and vandalism done to property. Therefore, spokesperson Rachel Stiles suggested that homeowners should park their car in a garage and remove goods from outside the home.
