What are the different types of life insurance available and what do they cover?

There are two main types of life insurance offered by Only Life Insurance, these are Level and Decreasing terms. Level term insurance will pay out a lump sum at any stage within the term of the policy after your death.  A decreasing term assurance also pays out a lump sum in the event of your death, a decreasing term is designed to cover a repayment mortgage and as a consequence the cover goes down over time. Only Finance also offer critical illness cover, this type of policy will cover anything up to 37 different types of illnesses, and it will pay out on diagnosis of a listed critical illness (e.g. cancer).
Many people take out life insurance to cover funeral expenses, pay off debts, pay medical bills or for to replace lost income.
