What types of travel insurance are there?
There are two main types of travel insurance. If you are a regular traveller who is likely to travel more than once a year then you should consider Annual Multi-Trip cover. Under this policy you will be covered for any trips you make within a year. This is especially useful if you expect to be taking trips at short notice.
If, however, your trip is a one off experience then it is better to consider a Single Trip policy, which will cover you for the set duration of one trip.
